4. Registration and account creation
4.1. Using the website may require the creation of an account. The guest or owner must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
4.2. The guest is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4.3. If the guest suspects that their credentials have been compromised, they must notify the website immediately.

5. Rights and obligations of the owner
5.1. The owner must ensure that:
The property is registered as local accommodation with the respective City Council, in accordance with Portuguese law;

The property complies with the safety and hygiene standards established by the legal framework for local accommodation activities;
The information and images presented on the website are accurate and up-to-date.
5.2. The owner must ensure that any type of maintenance and repairs necessary for the property are carried out in order to ensure the quality of the accommodation.
5.3. The owner is responsible for providing guests with all useful information about the property, including, but not limited to:
Instructions for using equipment;
House rules;
Security information.
5.4. The owner must comply with data protection legislation regarding the processing and storage of guests' personal information.
6. Guest rights and obligations
6.1. The guest must:
Make the reservation using an appropriate form, ensuring the veracity of the information provided;
Respect the rules and regulations of the house as well as healthy coexistence with the neighbors;
Make the payment as agreed before check-in.
6.2. The Guest undertakes to:
Inform the owner of any damage or incident that occurs during the stay;
Not exceed the maximum capacity of the property, as indicated in the internal regulations;
Leave the property in the same condition as it was found after the end of the stay.

Booking procedures
7.1. The guest can make the reservation through the website, selecting the desired dates and following the indicated confirmation process.
7.2. The website will send a reservation confirmation email to the guest, with details of the stay, including property details, payment information and confirmation of house rules.
7.3. Payment for the stay must be made using the methods accepted by the website. The Owner may require a prior deposit as a guarantee.

8. Cancellation and amendment policies
8.1. The owner must define and publish a clear and explicit cancellation policy in the reservation method.
8.2. The guest must be aware of the cancellation and amendment conditions before confirming the reservation. The penalties and procedures to be followed for cancellations must be clearly established and communicated to the Guest.
